The New Homes team have extensive experience in acting on sales of new build properties and provide a quality service for our clients.

We act for Housing Associations in the sale of shared ownership units, private outright sales and staircasing. We also act for small scale to large scale developers in the sale of their units, in both Leasehold and Freehold.

We are a very proactive team and our knowledge and experience enable us to progress transactions through from reservation to post completion as quickly as possible and in line with client timescales. We have built up a very good working relationship with our clients and fully understand their needs and expectations.

We also act for purchasers of new build properties and would be very happy to discuss this with you.
