Enforcement of Judgements

We have extensive knowledge and experience of taking the appropriate enforcement action once a judgment has been obtained. We advise and guide our clients as to the options available and the most cost effective way in which a recovery can be achieved. We work with our clients to find out as much relevant information as is available, so that we can maximise the chances of a successful recovery. We will advise which is the best option to take, such as obtaining a charging order, serving a Statutory Demand, commencing bankruptcy or winding up proceedings, seeking an attachment of earnings order or the appointment of bailiffs to seize goods.
