David Kemp

Background

David qualified as a solicitor in 1985. After spending some 37 years with a respected Buckinghamshire law firm he joined Perrin Myddelton in 2021, to continue to do what he had been doing for the previous 30 years or so – acting for clients in commercial and associated property work.

David’s experience includes freehold acquisitions and sales, the granting and taking of leases (e.g. offices, shops, warehouses, industrial buildings, hotels, public houses, restaurants) and commercial lending and security work. His work has also involved him in development site acquisition, section agreements with local authorities and utility providers and the setting up of the legal documentation for development sales.

Interests

Between them, David and his wife have three daughters and two sons (all grown up) and five young grandchildren. David enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf very badly twice a year with old friends, reading, trying to do the Telegraph crossword and, as a West Ham United season ticket holder, attending most of the team’s home matches at the London Stadium.
