Asad Rana is a Partner, Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), and senior Employment Solicitor, specialising in advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and high-growth companies on strategic employment law and workforce risk.

Working closely with business owners, directors, and leadership teams, he provides commercially focused, decisive advice on complex and sensitive workplace matters, including senior exits, restructurings, redundancies, and contentious disputes.

Outside of work, Asad enjoys travelling and is engaged in charity initiatives. He  also has a passion for chess and badminton, and values maintaining a disciplined lifestyle through regular gym training in Cambridge.
