On Thursday 12th September, Fred Perrin and Paul Dutch Partners at Perrin Myddelton attended by invitation the opening by Birnbeck Housing Association of 4 self-contained flats for clients on the autistic spectrum at 91a Brunswick Park Gardens, London N11 1EF and afterwards attended a reception hosted by Birnbeck at a local restaurant.
Perrin Myddelton have acted for Birnbeck Housing Association for many years and have assisted the Association in its transformation from an original general needs Housing Association to an Association specialising in providing much needed accommodation for clients with special needs including in particular those on the autistic spectrum.
Fred and Paul were most impressed by the location and design of the new flats and the quality of construction and agreed that the new flats were a great new contribution to Birnbeck’s continuing focus on serving clients on the autistic spectrum.
