Sylvia Goulding

Background

Sylvia Goulding has recently joined Perrin Myddelton as Head of the Commercial Property Department. Sylvia trained in London and was a partner in a well-known City firm before setting up her own practice, Goulding & Co.  She subsequently moved to the regional practice, Woodfines LLP, where she was Head of the Commercial Property Department for many years.  Sylvia has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property work, including acting for pensions funds and other institutional clients, as well as owner-managed businesses and private individuals. Sylvia has dealt with acquisitions and disposals of shopping centres, industrial estates, airport premises, pubs, restaurants and other commercial sites. She also has experience in large-scale Law of Property Act receiverships, development work, planning promotion agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements and all aspects of landlord and tenant work.
