Paul Stone

Background

Paul joined Perrin Myddelton Solicitors in October 2022, having previously worked for conveyancing firms in Watford and Milton Keynes.

Currently studying for his Licensed Conveyancer qualification, Paul has gained a wealth of experience in dealing with a multitude of clients in residential conveyancing ranging from first time buyers, buy-to-let companies, overseas investors, and everyone in between. Paul is able to undertake a large range of residential conveyancing work including but not limited to sales, purchases, leasehold properties, new builds, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

At Perrin Myddelton Solicitors, Paul works under Riky Patel, a Partner in the conveyancing department, and now oversees high value clients and works in tandem with estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure that matters move forward smoothly without cutting corners.

Paul has been consistently recognised by clients as approachable, friendly, and professional.
