Sarah qualified in 2010 after a career in banking and the charity sector; she qualified with a local regional law firm before moving to a law and business consultancy where she offered bespoke employment HR Support and legal advice to businesses.
Sarah offers practical, workable, legally compliant HR and employment law advice and documentation for business owners who don’t have the back up of in house HR; including contracts, staff handbooks, disciplinary and grievance processes and dealing with sickness absence. Approachable and straightforward Sarah is experienced in guiding clients though TUPE transfers, redundancy, restructure and reorganisation.
Sarah also works with employees and has extensive experience in Protected Conversations, negotiating exit strategies and compensation under Settlement Agreements. She advises on a wide range of issues including grievance and disciplinary issues, ACAS pre conciliation, unfair dismissal, discrimination and constructive dismissal employment tribunal claims.
