Background
Kathryn joined Perrin Myddelton in January 2019 having previously practised as a litigator in regional firms since 2010.
When commercial relationships break down, especially with property involved, it can often be difficult for clients to see the wood from the trees. With a background in engineering and process management, Kathryn thrives on solving complex problems; reducing them to a set of clear objectives. Kathryn then works closely with clients to identify a structured and pragmatic “action plan” to achieve those objectives wherever possible. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to talk about a tricky problem or dispute. We can then take things from there.
