Jonathan Jennings

Background

Jonathan is a very experienced property solicitor who has worked previously at prominent London law firms, primarily on affordable housing.
He has extensive experience of advising Registered Providers in relation to the acquisition and development of residential sites for affordable housing, and working with the trading subsidiaries of Registered Providers in relation to the acquisition of residential sites for the development and sale of market units. Other work includes advising on, negotiating and completing infrastructure agreements, planning agreements, options, nomination agreements, easements and wayleaves. Recent matters he has worked on include the acquisition of the affordable housing element of Section 106 agreement sites and site acquisitions pursuant to conditional contracts and pursuant to subsale arrangements
