Perrin Myddelton have recently completed the purchase of a multi-million pound acquisition of a residential estate in Milton Keynes for Grand Union Housing Group Limited. The estate comprises 3 blocks of flats and a row of terrace houses build by private developer, High Street Homes. We are now engaged with the Group in the immediate disposal of 20 of these units for shared ownership sale bringing much needed affordable housing to Milton Keynes.
