We have vacancies for all levels of residential conveyancers, residential paralegals, who have experience of new builds and experience of dealing with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Litigation Paralegal/Legal Executive
The successful applicant will join our litigation department to provide assistance in the following areas:-
- Access injunctions
- Assisting with possession notices and claims
- Assisting with tasks like disclosure lists and preparing bundles
- Any smaller tasks/claims for existing clients that we would not want to send elsewhere.
- Assisting with witness statements
- Attending court where counsel is instructed.
- Running simple debt claims.
A pleasant personality and be able to work with a team as well as being bright and willing to learn and have a good command of written English.

Property Conveyancing Secretary/Float
The successful applicant will join our commercial property department to provide full secretarial and administrative support to our fee earners.
Legal secretarial experience in property conveyancing and housing/commercial litigation is essential.
The role requires:-
- An experienced legal secretary
- Experience of audio transcription
- Good computer literacy including Word, HMRC, Stamp Duty Land Tax and case management system.
- Fast and accurate typing
- Close attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality
